Our Injection Molding Department is capable of all aspects of the custom injection-molding realm. We are able to reduce lead times and get quality parts to you quicker by utilizing "state of the art" equipment and mold setting practices. This facilitates reduced lead times and gets the quality parts we produce to you quicker.

We have the ability to mold many different types of inserts into your parts. Insert molding, specialty resins, custom colors and in mold decorating are a few of the services provided by LeVic Plastics injection molding. We are also able to color match any color.

The depth of our processing experience includes commodity resins (i.e. poly) to high tech engineering grade resins (i.e. polysulfone, ultem, ryton, etc.) Approximately 150 different resins are maintained in the facility.

Running customer supplied molds is also possible in LeVic's molding machines.
