Job Description 

As a General Building and Maintenance Worker, will perform general maintenance and repairs for all assigned equipment and facilities, including hydraulic leak repair, change HVAC filters, plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling, etc.  

  • Inspect and identify any machinery or building issues 
  • Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs 
  • Plan repair work using building blueprints or equipment manual as needed 
  • Perform repair work as needed. 
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery and building fixtures 
  • Cleans and assists with the upkeep of the machines and facility 
  • Order supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned 

Job Requirements 

  • Minimum 2 years experience preferred 
  • Electrical experience preferred 
  • Strong organization skills 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Strong mechanical & troubleshooting skills 
  • Excellent attendance and solid work history

As a Production Manager, you will supervise all employees on the manufacturing floor and assist with processing the machines for the upcoming jobs.  

  • Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules 
  • Guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity 
  • Follow-up on all necessary paperwork is completed 
  • Prepare reports on performance and progress  
  • Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements 
  • Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures 
  • Mold Technician Die Setter experience 
  • Injection programming and troubleshooting experience 
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints a plus 
  • Experience with hand tools is required

  • Mold Technician Die Setter experience

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints a plus

  • Strong mechanical & troubleshooting skills
